Refund Policy – We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Though we do our best to achieve everyone’s desired results, they are variable from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Appointment Policy – In order to allow adequate time for your appointment, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule and will be charged the cancellation fee (see cancellation policy below).
Cancellation & No Show Policy – There is a 24 hour cancellation / no show policy in place. For Monday appointments, please reschedule or cancel by the Friday prior to your appointment. Any cancellation / no show that occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will have a $100 fee charged to the credit card on file.
